Wendy Schultz joins the team as a sales associate. She has also has extensive knowledge in vacation rentals. After purchasing a vacation property and not being able to find a vacation rental management company that was a good fit, she started her own in 2015. Having managed over 45 properties and hosted over 1500 guest stays, she knows the ins and outs of vacation rentals in Door County. She loves to help clients select the perfect property that they will enjoy for themselves AND make a fantastic vacation rental. She has been featured in national publications and people from all over the country contact her for advice on purchasing vacation rentals. She is excited to share her knowledge with clients looking to purchase in Door County.
Wendy was born and raised in Green Bay and spent many summers visiting Door County as a child. She now lives Florida and Wisconsin. She holds a Bachelors in International Business from St Norbert College and a Masters in Business Administration from Lakeland University. She previously owned a furniture and décor store in Egg Harbor.
She is married and has two school aged daughters. She loves the beach, theme parks, animals and traveling.
